Your group of 8 will be treated to the most exciting San Francisco and Napa getaway featuring an exclusive wine blending experience at The Hess Collection, a 3-night stay at the beautiful San Francisco Proper Hotel, a delectable dinner at 25 Lusk, and transportation.
Your weekend will begin at the Proper Hotel where you'll check-in for a 3-night stay in 4 of their most magnificently designed rooms. Since its debut in 2017, Proper Hotels, a boutique brand with a lively, artistic take on travel rooted in West Coast-cool mystique, has taken the San Francisco hospitality scene by storm. Housed in a 111-year old Beaux-Arts flatiron building, the Proper is dripping with the impeccable style of Oakwood parent, Kelly Wearstler.
Your own private limo bus will then whisk you off to Napa where you'll get to be a winemaker for a day at the Hess Collection. You'll blend your own Red Blend using three varietals. One of their talented winemakers will be on hand to help guide you through the process and give you any tips on each of the wines. You'll then compare your blend to the Lion Tamer Red Blend. Custom labels will be added to commemorate this wonderful experience and your group will receive two bottles to enjoy. A truly unique experience!
But it doesn't end there. You'll be treated to a private tour of the amazing vineyards of the Hess Collection on Mount Veeder and their exquisite Hess Art Collection—one of the world's most important private collections of contemporary art.
We saved the best for last in this winery experience. You'll cap off your day at Hess in the Dining Room where their Executive Chef will serve three exquisitely paired culinary dishes with their special reserve wines. And don't worry dessert will NOT disappoint when their Pastry Chef comes out with his newest creation.
And what is a wine experience with no wine? In addition to your custom blended bottles of wine, we'll also include a library selection featuring a vertical of their halo wine: The Lion.
Transportation from San Francisco to Hess winery will be provided so your group of 8 friends can enjoy the scenery as you ride to the beautiful Napa Valley. The spacious Mercedes limo bus will comfortably seat your group on your way to and from Hess winery. The villa in Iceland is located in the southern region of the country, near the village of Hella. It is in the middle of the beautiful Icelandic countryside near famous areas of interest such as the Golden Circle route. The villa is about a 1 hour drive from Reykjavik.
